| Abstract: | This paper begins with analyzing the innovation effect of patent pool from breaking threshold value, decreasing risks, synergetic advantages, technology standard and parallel engineering. Then. it analyzes the spillover effect of patent pool in terms of dynamism, path, mode and function. Thirdly, it discusses the relation between innovation and the spillover effect of patent pool. Finally, some advice is given. |
