经济发展理论中对劳动对象资源开发利用的强调占据非常重要的位置，但是发达国家经济学家自身存在的认识论缺陷使其不可能科学地认识劳动对象与经济发展的关系，也就不可能科学论述资源在增长理论及模型中的作用和地位。因此必须遵循马克思的方法论，从理论为实际的反映入手建立科学的分析模型，指导中国经济发展方式的转变实践，建立生态与经济相协调的可持续发展的资源及能源支撑体系，并调整优化资源及能源的供给与需求结构。

The Study of the tween Economic Relationship between Economic Development and Resources Function and Their Allocation Effect

The development and utilization of object-of-labor resources plays a crucial part in economic development theories, but the deficiency of their epistemology held by economists of developed countries can not make them scientifically understand the relation between object of labor and economic development, thereby preventing them from scientifically describing the function of resources in growth theory and model. Therefore, we should establish a scientific analysis model based on Marxist Methodology, guiding the transformation of Chinese economic development model, building up a support system for sustainable resources and energy resources with a harmony between ecology and economy, adjusting and optimizing the supply-and-demand struc- ture of resources and energy resources.
