| 摘 要： | 西部地区拥有丰富的自然资源优势 ,但在长期的经济建设中却没有转化为当地的经济优势。究其原因 ,主要在于我国自然资源产权制度不合理、开发的非市场导向性以及产业结构没有适时推进等。在当前的西部大开发中 ,西部地区一定要立足自身自然资源优势 ,实施自然资源转换模式 ,以此带动本地经济快速发展

| Abstract: | China's western region abounds in natural resources,but this superiority hasn't been transformed into economic superiority up to now.The reasons for this are mainly unrational property right system,non-market-oriented development,industrial structure that hasn't been pushed forward,etc.In the light of this view,the author points out that under the current situation of fully developing China's western region,the western region must carry out the natural resources transform model that bases upon its own natural resources superiority in order to give an impetus to the efforts of developing the local economy. |
