| Abstract: | The emergence of third-party logistics and its existence must be reasonable,Based on economics and sociology science,through the transaction costs theory and social theory,this article explains the division of the third party logistics this economic phenomenon existence is reasonable and concldes that it is necessary for enterprises to outsource logistics instead of doing it by themselves. |
