| 摘 要： | 越来越多的农民工已成为城市建设和发展的生力军。在社保覆盖面不断扩大的今天,让农民工参加社会保险,与城镇人员一样享有社会保障就成为一个新课题。由于多方面的原因,农民工社保依然困难重重。解决农民工社保难问题,必须从体制、制度等多方面着手解决,尽快建立起与经济发展水平相适应的社会保障体系

| Abstract: | More and more rural labors work in city over the years and they have become the main force of urban development and construction.With the present increasing coverage of social insurance,there appears a new task of how to make rural labors enjoy social insurance as urban residents do.But social insurance of rural labors still faces many difficulties for lots of reasons.We should solve the problem from multi aspects of social system and institution for the sake of prompt establishment of social insurance system that is seasoned with the financial development. |
