冬季住区绿地活动行为对老年人心理 健康的影响研究

寒地冬季严酷的气候条件对老年人在住区绿地的活 动行为影响显著。利用实地调研与问卷结合的方式对哈尔滨 市6个样本住区的226位老年居民进行调查，对老年人个体属 性、绿地环境特征、环境认知、活动行为和心理健康水平进行 量化分析，利用多元线性回归分析探讨活动行为与心理健康之 间的关系，并进一步探究影响二者的因素。结果表明，严寒气 候背景下：1)住区绿地活动行为对老年人的心理健康状况有正 向调节作用；2)住区绿地活动行为受多因素驱动，其中绿地环 境特征对活动频率、时长和类型都有较大影响。最后针对以上 结论，对寒地住区绿地的健康设计提出优化建议

Research on the Impact of Green Space Activity Behavior in Winter Residential Districts on the Mental Health of the Elderly

The harsh climatic conditions of winter city have a marked effect on the activity behavior of the elderly. This study uses a combination of field researches and questionnaires to survey 226 elderly residents in 6 sample communities in Harbin, and quantitatively analyzes the individual attributes, green space environmental characteristics, environmental cognition, activity behavior, and mental health of the elderly. It uses the multiple linear regression analysis to explore the relationship between activity behavior and mental health, and further explores the influencing factors of activity behavior. The results show that under the severe cold climate: 1) Residential green space activity behavior still has a positive effect on the mental health of the elderly; 2) Residential green space activity behavior is driven by multiple factors, of which the green space environmental characteristics are the most important and have a positive effect on activity frequency, duration and type. Finally, based on the above conclusions, suggestions for the planning and design of green space that are oriented to promote the mental health of the elderly is proposed
