科研过程中研究生协作能力的培养

随着机械产品的设计从传统方式向开放化、团队化、网络化趋势的转变,对于机械工程专业的研究生必须加强团队精神和协作能力的培养。本文以"基于SolidWorks平台的滚动轴承标准件库"开发为例,阐述如何以科研课题为核心,结合工程实际应用,采用分工协作的方式,实现轴承标准件库的二次开发,不仅仅锻炼了研究生的CAD能力,更培养了研究生的协作能力,从而强化其团队精神。

Graduate Students' Cooperation Ability Cultivation in Scientific Research Process

With the conversion of mechanical product design from traditional pattern to open cooperation,teamwork and Web-based design,the graduate students majoring in mechanical engineering have to strengthen teamwork cooperation and cultivate their cooperative ability.In the paper,taking the development of rolling bearing library based on SolidWorks platform for example,aiming at a common scientific research project,the graduate students were organized.According to the need of practical application,they took part in the development of rolling bearing library in a cooperative mode.It can not only exercise the graduate students＇ CAD ability,but also cultivate their cooperative ability.Thus,their teamwork spirit is strengthened.
