| 摘 要： | 当前美国爆发了金融危机,使原世界金融格局中的霸主美国的金融体系受到沉重打击。中国应充分发挥自身的优势条件转变角色,采取相应的措施,强化在世界金融体系中的地位,在保障自己的金融安全条件下,逐步发展成为世界金融中心。

| Abstract: | The current financial cirsis in the United States makes a heavy strike on its financial system.Therefore,China should transform its role in world financial system by giving full play of its own advantages,and take some measures to strengthen its position in the world financial system.And China should progressively develop to become the centre of the world financial under the condition of ensuring its own finance security. |
