| 摘 要： | 选题是指一定时代的科学认识主体在所处时代知识背景下所提出的科学认识和科学实践中需要解决而又未能解决或未能很好解决但通过努力可以解决的问题。选题的战略地位体现于四个方面:选题的价值决定研究成果的价值、选题的重要性决定研究成果的重要性、选题的高度决定科研成果创新的高度、选题的成败决定科研工作的成败。选题的原则主要有两条:理论价值与现实意义、研究者的心得体会。选题的来源有四个:从社会需求中寻找选题,从理论与实践之间的矛盾中析出选题,从理论内部的矛盾中推导选题,从实践内部的矛盾中挖掘选题。选题的艺术主要在于"大处着眼,小处着手"。
