| Abstract: | The paper introduces the realization of Jilin Province from big forestry resource province to strong forestry economic province, including the basic situation, successful practice. And on this basis to further accelerate the economic development of Jilin Province, put forward such as ideas and suggestions to promote comprehensive reform of forestry, and to establish clear-cut forestry property rights system and operating system. |
