平台经济学初探

平台作为新经济时代最重要的产业组织形式,仅仅在最近几年才得到国外学者的重视,而我国对平台产业的研究尚未起步.本文在综述国外学者对平台经济研究的基础上,首次给出了平台经济学的定义,并对平台产业可能涉及的问题进行了分析.首先讨论了平台经济的主要表现与特征,尤其是直接外部性与间接外部性,以及平台竞争中常见的多属行为：然后探讨了平台的分类与业务模式,并分析了平台竞争的形成与具体表现形式,同时归纳了平台的定价机制与管制能力;最后做总结,并指出了未来的研究前景.

Survey on Platform Economics

As the most important form of industrial organization,platform was only studied recently by foreign researchers,and was still blank in China. This paper gives the definition of platform economics for the first time, and analyses the possible problems in this area. The paper discusses the main characters,especially the direct and indirect externality and multi-homing strategy. Then this paper tells the classification and operation models,then sums up the formations and revelations of platform competition,and analyzes the pricing mechanism and regulation ability. Lastly,the paper draws a summarization and points out the future research prospect.
