| 摘 要： | 党章是党的根本大法和党的普遍行为规范,适用于全党范围和领域。加强以党章为核心的党内法规制度建设,就是要突出强调党章在整个党内法规体系中的核心地位,努力建设结构合理、程序严密、相互配套的党内法规制度体系,并与国家法律法规制度密切联系、协调配合。

| Abstract: | Party constitution is the basic law and standard for general behavior of our Party,which can be applied to the Party throughout the country.To strengthen the establishment of inner Party's laws and regulations which centers around Party constitution is to give importance to the central position of Party constitution within the whole Party laws and regulations system,make an effort to build complete laws and regulations system within the Party with reasonable structure and strict procedure,which is closely related to national laws and regulations. |
