| 摘 要： | 结合人才培养和社会和谐发展的需要,遵循知、情、意、行的教育规律,构建了大学生责任教育体系,把大学生责任教育分为责任情感教育、责任意识教育、责任实践教育、责任行为教育4个阶段,旨在推进大学生素质教育,提高人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | Considering the personnel training need for harmonious society,and following the education pattern of cognitive,feeling,understanding and conducting in education,this study establishes a university education system for the responsibility training.Though emotional responsibility training,responsibility sense education,responsibility practice and responsibility behavior education,the quality of university education and personnel training can be improved. |
