| 摘 要： | 随着中国经济实力的增强,人民币离岸需求的日益扩大,人民币离岸金融中心的建设已是大势所趋。人民币离岸中心的建立虽然会给现存的金融制度带来一定的冲击和风险,但是只要监管得当,人民币离岸中心的建立将对我国金融业的改革发展起到良性的促进作用,也将进一步推动人民币国际化的进程。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of china's economy,the demand of RMB off-shore financial market is increasing more than ever before,and the establishment of RMB off-shore financial market center is unavoidable.It may bring some shocks and risks to the financial system,but if we can manage it properly,it may promote the transformation and development of financial industry in china.In doing so,we can further quicken the pace of internationalization of RMB. |
