玻璃基材的新型UV转印胶黏剂

摘    要:本文采用正交实验设计的方法研究了一种混杂紫外光固化体系的新型UV转印胶黏剂。该体系包括环氧丙烯酸酯树脂、双酚A环氧树脂、自由基光引发剂、阳离子光引发剂和其他助剂。通过控制树脂和引发剂的用量与比例、光照时间、预热温度来进行实验。结果表明:当环氧丙烯酸树脂与环氧树脂的比例为1.5:1,自由基光引发剂:阳离子光引发剂为2:1,光照时间为45s,预热温度为110℃时,UV转印胶黏剂的附着力达到国标0级,耐水性达到最佳的0级,硬度指标为3H。另外,这种混杂紫外光固化体系还具有很多优异的化学性能,比如固化反应快,固化交联密度大,体积收缩率低,后固化现象明显。研究发现,这种混杂紫外光固化体系的UV转印胶黏剂有着广阔的应用前景,而且能够用于玻璃表面的转移印刷。

Abstract:A novel UV curable adhesive with hybrid UV curing system was investigated using orthogonal experimental design. The system consisted of multi-components, such as prepolymer ( epoxy acrylic resin, bisphenol A epoxy resin) accounting for 80 %, photoinitiator ( free radical photoinitiator, cationic photoinitiator) accounting for 3 % - 5 % and other additives for 15 % - 17 %. In addition, the amount of prepolymer and photoinitiator, UV irradiation time, curing temperature had been studied. It was found the optimal conditions for this adhesive were as follows : the ratio of epoxy acrylic resin to bisphenol A epoxy resin is 1.5 : 1, the ratio of free radical photoinitiator to cationic photoinitiator is 2 : 1, UV irradiation time of 45s, curing temperature of 110℃. The adhesion on the glass surface reached 0 level, the water resistance could reach 0 level, and the hardness could be 3H. Meanwhile, this hybrid UV curing system had some good reaction characteristics like fast curing speed, high crosslink density, obvious postcure phenomenon. In summary, the system was full of some promises as UV curable adhesive and could be used in transfer printing process based on the glass surface.
