让京津成为无工业污染的生态环保城市——论两市共建京津塘工业城带

科学发展观为我国的经济发展提出了新的要求,我们必须深刻总结经验教训,从人与自然和谐的角度出发,重新审视已经走过的发展道路,使未来的发展更具科学性。本文主要从自然风向因素角度来探讨京津两市工业污染状况,找出病源对症下药,在研究和借鉴世界工业城市发展走势的基础上,结合我国的实际情况选择集中统一规划方式,客观调整和优化两市的工业布局,实现京津塘工业城带的可持续发展。

Let Beijing and Tianjin Become the Ecological Environmental Protection City Without Industrial Pollution——Discussion on Building Together the Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Industrial District

The scientific development view has put forward the new requirement for the economic development of our country,we must summarize the experience and lessons deeply,proceed from harmonious perspective of people and nature,scrutinize the development path that has already passed by,and enrich the future development with much scientific nature.This paper mainly probes into the industrial pollution situation of Beijing and Tianjin in terms of natural wind direction,in order to find out the cause and suit the remedy to the case.On the basis of studying and drawing lessons from industrial cities' development tendency in the world,we combine the actual conditions of our country,choose the centralized unified plan,adjust and optimize the industrial distribution of two cities objectively aiming at realizing the sustainable development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu industrial district.
