沈阳市河流水资源现状及保护管理途径

沈阳市地处北温带,亚洲季风气候区的北缘,受季风影响的温湿和半温湿的大陆性气候。平均降水量为622.5毫米,河流水资源较为丰富。本文以沈阳市为例,介绍了沈阳市的水文概况,河流分布及水量的变化,以及当前河流水资源存在的主要问题并提出了相应的治理措施,对今后河流水资源的治理保护具有一定的现实指导意义。

The River Water Resources Present Condition and The Protection and Management Paths of Shenyang

The city of Shenyang is on the north temperate zone,and the north of the monsoon area of Asia,by the monsoon influence of the half temperate and wet continental climate.The average precipitation is 622.5mm.The river water resources is abundant.This paper is to take as an example of Shenyang,introducing natural geography general situation,the river distribution and the variety of the water quantity,and the existent key problem of current river water resources,then puts forward to correspond of management.The management and protection is to have the certain leading meaning to the river water resources of the aftertime.
