| 摘 要： | 集群互助担保模式是解决中小企业融资难的重要模式.通过系统分析中小企业互助担保风险评估特征,设计评估系统指标体系,然后重点运用模糊隶属函数和模糊集理论与方法,可解决中小企业集群互助担保评估系统评判模型的构建问题.

| Abstract: | Cluster mutual guarantee model is an important model for solving the financing difficulties of SMEs. By analyzing the features of risk assessment for SME mutual guarantee, designing systemic assessment indicator framework, and then focusing on the theory and methods of fuzzy membership functions and fuzzy sets, the paper holds that it is an effective way to construct SME cluster evaluation model for mutual guarantee assessment system. |
