地区金融事业的发展取决于资产的流动性和金融意识两个要素.传统文化倡导讲诚信和要人们“格物致知”是支撑金融事业发展的正能量,但传统文化又使业内人士的认识长期处于固守之中,缺乏进取精神.宗教影响人们价值观的形成,作用于制度的建设、金融资源的配置,从而对金融事业发生影响.英国“光荣革命”以后,金融事业蓬勃发展,是社会制度变迁促使金融事业发展的典型例证.

On Culture,Religion and Financial Industry Development

The development of regional financial industry depends on the liquidity of assets and the financial consciousness. Traditional culture which advocates integrity and requires people to ＂study the phenomena of nature in order to acquire knowledge＂ is a positive energy to support the development of financial industry. However, the traditional culture results in unchanged awareness of financial industry insiders for a long-term and being lack of entrepreneurial spirit. Religion influences the formation of people＇s values, plays the role in building the systems and allocating financial resources, and hence imposes impact on the financial industry. After the British ＂Glorious Revolution＂ , the financial industry grew vigorously, which is typical evidence that the social regime change promotes the development of financial industry.
