| 摘 要： | 通过分析建设和谐林业项目的意义,总结中德财政合作安徽营造林项目的成就和对项目区的生态、经济、社会可持续发展的重要影响,提出目前在项目运行过程中仍存在“10个不和谐”因素,并针对每个不和谐因素,研究和探讨了相关对策,以实现建设和谐林业项目的目标。 |

| Abstract: | The paper firstly indicates the significances of establishing harmonious forestry projects in the damage-and-controlling deadlock stage of forestry development, and then, it summarizes the achievements and impacts of Sino-German Financial Aided Afforestation Projects, and finally finds out the ten disharmonious factors and their counter-part measures which should be taken to reach the targets of harmonious projects. |
