| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了次级债券对银行业具有拓宽融资渠道、强化市场约束、提高抗风险能力、提高监管效率四大作用,并结合中国实际,评价了我国当前次级债券作用的大小,分析了相应的一些制约因素,最后提出了发展次级债券的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses systematically on the function of the secondary bonds of Chinese commercial bank which include widening the financing channel, reinforcing market discipline, promoting abilities of risk controlling and regulation, among which the market discipline restrains the foundation and core. Combining with China, this paper appraises the function of present secondary bonds and analyzes in knows and some restriction factors that practice exist in an all-round way actually. Finally, puts forward the political suggestions. |
