协同视角下企业集群化成长的竞争优势要素研究

基于协同视角,借鉴波特的钻石结构模型,对企业集群化成长的竞争优势要素进行辨析和分类,研究相关要素间相互作用的协同机制。研究表明:企业集群在生产要素、同业竞争、社会资本、产业分工四类内源性要素与需求条件、政府干预两类外生要素的协同作用下,形成和提升了企业集群化成长的竞争优势。

Study of Competitive Advantage Factors of the Enterprise Cluster Development: Synergistic Effect Perspective

Enterprise cluster has become a prevail economic phenomena,and exhibit competitive advantage in cost and innovation.In the view of synergy analysis,this paper uses Poter's diamond model to analyze the competitive advantage factors and study the synergistic effort among these factors;and discusses the way that use the collaboration effort to improve the competitive advantage in enterprise cluster.The conclusion is that under the synergistic effect of four internal factors-production factor,horizontal competition,social capital,industrial specialization-and two external factors-demand conditions and government intervention,the competitive advantage of enterprise cluster will be formed and improved.
