| 摘 要： | 新疆农信社作为支持农村经济发展的＂主力军＂,目前面临着信贷资金短缺、服务落后、金融环境欠佳等问题,制约了支农功能的发挥,改善现状必须要借助政府和中央银行资金、完善信贷服务体系等,使农信社更好地推动农村经济的发展。

| Abstract: | Xinjiang rural credit cooperatives is a "main force" to support rural economic development,it faces the problem such as shortage of credit funds,poor service,poor financial environment.These problems have restricted the full functions of agriculture.The improvement of the situation must have the aid of the government and central bank capital and perfect credit service system,which use rural credit cooperatives to promote the development of rural economy. |
