摘    要:文章从新经济地理学和传统的经济地理学角度,从企业网络在区域中的空间结构分析入手,对基于跨国公司作用下的企业网络空间结构的二种模型:企业网络的内生空间集聚模型和企业网络的外部规模经济空间分布模型及其形成机制进行理论和实证分析.每一类型可分布在同一区域内或不同区域中;并均在企业生产具有规模收益递增特征及存在垄断竞争市场结构的前提条件下形成的.

Abstract:The paper makes a theoretical and empirical analysis of corporation network spatial structure and forming mechanisms in districts under the function of MNCs by using the theories of new economic geography and traditional economic Geography. There are two types of models which are internal spatial centralizing model of corporation network and exterior scale economy spatial model of corporation network. Each type can be distributed within the same district or in different districts, and these corporation networks are formed under the premise conditions of having such both features as increasing returns to scale and monopolistic competition market structure.
