共享机制的建立是科技基础条件平台建设和运行的核心,在对科技基础条件平台共享机制的本质和决定要素进行分析的基础上,运用演化博弈理论,从参与主体的有限理性出发,构建了无外部监督条件下的科技基础条件平台共享机制的演化博弈模型,得出在无外部监督条件下共享主体的共同技术需求、共享过程的物质利益保障、共享资源投入水平和共享的社会环境是影响平台资源共享的关键因素。

Evolutionary Game Analysis of Sharing Mechanism of Platform for Infrastructure of Science and Technology without Supervision

The construction of sharing mechanism is the core of platform building and operation, therefore, after the analysis of nature and determinants of platform sharing mechanism, from the hypotheses of bounded rationality participant and local dynamic perspective, this paper uses evolutionary game theory to construct evolutionary game model of platform sharing mechanism under no external supervision and comes to the conclusion that mutual technology requirement ,material guarantee , shared resources and social environment for sharing are key factors influencing platform resources sharing.
