基于DoDAF的海洋无人信息平台体系结构设计

海洋信息网络是我国近年来海洋强国战略下重要的科研示范项目。传统的系统集成方法难以支撑海洋无人信息平台作为海洋信息网络重要节点和创新装备的顶层设计需要，为此基于美国国防部体系结构框架(Department of Defense Architecture Framework,DoDAF)标准，分析了海洋无人信息平台任务需求、资源配置、功能应用等重要问题，进行了海洋无人信息平台顶层设计，论证了全景视角、任务视角、系统视角等多个模型的可行性，介绍了海洋无人信息平台部分装备的功能特性，提出了增强平台服务能力、可迭代发展的体系结构方案。

Architecture design of marine unattended information platform based on DoDAF

Marine information network is an important scientific research demonstration project under Chinese marine economic powerful nation strategy.Traditional system integration methods are difficult to support the top-level design needs of marine unattended information platform as an important node and innovative equipment of marine information network.Based on the Department of Defense Architecture Framework(DoDAF),this papaer analyzes the important issues such as operational requirements,resource allocation,and functional applications of the marine unattended information platform,carries out the top-level design of the marine unattended information platform,and demonstrates the all view model,operational model,system model,etc.The functional characteristics of some equipment of the platform are introduced,and an architecture plan is proposed to enhance the platform''s service capabilities and sustainable iterative development.
