| 摘 要： | 发展海洋经济已经成了全球实现可持续发展的重要努力方向。作为传统海洋强国，英国海洋经济规模在欧洲首屈一指，其发展模式及产业规划等值得我国学习借鉴。文章梳理、分析了英国海洋经济的定义及产业分类，并主要根据2019年5月欧盟委员会发布的《欧盟蓝色经济报告2019》中的相关数据，从海洋资源状况、主要海洋产业发展现状、海洋经济发展经验及变化趋势等方面对英国（含苏格兰）海洋经济进行系统性阐述及研究。最后，基于研究结论，本文提出了促进我国海洋经济发展的建议，以促进我国海洋经济的持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | Developing marine economy has become an important element for achieving global sustainable development. As a traditional maritime power, UK has a long history in utilizing marine resources and its marine economy ranks first in Europe now. Firstly, we discuss the definition and classification of marine economy and industries in UK. Based on the data in the latest 2019 EU Blue Economy Report published by the European Commission, we then systematically review, expound and analyze the current status of marine resources, developments of major marine industries, the trends, experiences and lessons to learn from the marine economy and policy in UK. Finally, some policy recommendations are provided to promote the coordinated, healthy and sustained growth of marine economy and industries in China. |
