| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济条件下,依然是以按劳分配为主体。但按劳分配具有新的特征:其一,按劳分配的“劳”是实现形态的劳动;其二,以企业为基本分配单位的多层次的分配;其三,以货币工资作为分配形式;其四,并非纯粹的按劳分配;其五,按劳分配并非唯一的分配形式。

| Abstract: | Under the socialist market economic system, the principle equal work for equal pay is still the main body in distribution, but it has some new characteristics. First, the "work" is an achieved work. Second, the distribution takes many grades and the basic unit is enterprise. Third, the distribution takes form of money. Fourth, it is not a pure equal work for equal pay. Fifth, it is not a sole form of equal work for equal pay. |
