| 摘 要： | 研究天津滨海新区房地产价格及其构成,判断房地产市场是否存在泡沫,对滨海新区房地产业的健康发展有着重要的意义。本文分析了滨海新区房地产的现状和存在的问题,对房地产的泡沫产生进行了判断,在政策调控层面上给出了合理的建议。

| Abstract: | It is important of the healthy development for Tianjin Binhai New Area real estate to study the real estate price and component and to estimate if there are bubble in Tianjin Binhai New Area real estate.In this paper,reasonable suggestions of policy for adjustment are provided based on analyzing of real estate current situation and problems of existence and estimating of real estate bubble. |
