| 摘 要： | 对供应链外部的顾客响应时间和供应链内部的时间累积效应进行了分析：从供应链ORT、CDT、ADT三个时间分析供应链外部顾客响应绩效，以SCOR模型为基础分析了供应链的内部时间累积效应；最后，基于不同生产方式下供应链缓冲屏障位置，结合内外部时间分析，给出了MTS／MT0／ETO生产方式下的供应链响应时间。
