模块化生产网络的治理模式选择

模块的分解与集成是复杂产品模块化生产的两个重要环节。本文分析了模块化外包过程中的两种典型模式：供应商集成模式和集成商集成模式,分别对应强关系治理和弱关系治理。根据合同理论,引入模块任务冲突参量,建立了两种模式下的最优合同模型,并对系统集成商支付的租金进行了比较分析。结果表明,子模块的任务冲突程度直接影响模块治理模式选择,在子模块任务冲突程度较大时,系统集成商应选择多个供应商来完成模块的研制任务;反之,则选择一个模块供应商来完成多个子模块的研制任务。最后以波音公司治理模式的革命为例,说明供应商集成将成为模块化生产网络的主流治理模式。
