| 摘 要： | 基于数据包络分析(DEA)的二次相对效益评价方法,建立一套适合评价我国农村公共产品供给绩效的评价体系和评价指标,结合江西省80个县(市)的样本数据,分别对我国农村公共产品供给的生产有效性和管理有效性进行评价。评价结果表明,我国农村公共产品供给资金投入产出效率差异较小,提供农村公共产品的努力程度也基本相同;同时,农村公共产品供给资金投入产出效率和提升状况效率存在明显的线性关系。所以,依据评价结果,我们提出了完善对地方政府的考核制度、加大对农村公共产品的投入力度和创新农村公共产品供给制度的政策建议。
