| 摘 要： | 相对于静态经济理论和一般均衡理论来说,用于解释发展中国家的动态理论本身是落后的。这些理论的推理,目前被用来解释诸如均衡成长及投资优先次序决定等少数密切相关的问题。二者实质上都涉及发展的途径或设计,这也是目前所探讨的主要问题。

| Abstract: | The relative static economic theory and equilibrium theory explained the dynamic theory of the developing countries is out of date.The inference of these theories are used to explain the equilibrium growth and priority sequence of investment and so on.These two are both involved into the ways and designs of the development which is the major problem to be discussed now. |
