Comparing with the traditional logistics, the modem logistics possesses better advanced technology information, higher quality service, better highspeed vehicle, better effective management model. In our country, the railway is not only a grand carrying industry but also a momentous backbone industry. The production process of the rail way firstly acts on the social logistics, because of this reason, the study and development of the rail way logistics are given enormous attention.
