| 摘 要： | 近几年，企业集群的发展模式越来越受到人们的关注，并一度成为研究的热点。企业作为集群中理性经济主体，必然以追求利益最大化作为自身目标。因此，集群企业在竞争与合作博弈中必须走出“囚徒困境”，进行有效合作，以充分发挥企业集群的聚集效应，实现集群企业的共赢。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the development model of enterprise clusters attracts more and more people's attention and becomes a research hot.As a rational economic entity,enterprises in clusters are bound to pursue the goals of maximizing their own interests.Therefore,enterprises must be out of the Prisoner's Dilemma in competition and cooperation,and select the strategy of mutual cooperation,give full play to the gathering effect of the clusters to achieve win-win in clusters. |
