Derived Institutional Change On the Premise of Overall Planning of Rural-Urban Development:A Case of Chengdu

This thesis gives a detailed introduction about"Longhua Pratice",a derived institutional change against the background of the present urban-rural dual-economical pattern.The importance and uniqueness of"Longhua Practice"lies in that it creates a new way for urban-rural development planning:starts from the innovation of land system,and supports itself with reasonable industrial distribution and aims at three changes and three transforma- tions.The contents of this pattern can be summarized as:the government as the advocator,rural-dwellers as the main-body,residential rearrangement,industries as supports,the coordination of interests,three changes and three transformations.Longhua Practice offers a reference for deconstructing the urban-rural dural-economical pattern, planning the urban-rural development and constructing the new rural areas.
