| 摘 要： | 在企业管理模式和管理手段改造的实践过程中,要想借助电子商务系统改善生产经营,需要对企业原有业务流程进行重组;通过电子商务系统的应用,可以更好地支撑和固化新的业务流程。企业也只有以系统的眼光看待企业业务流程重组,注重电子商务与BPR同步进行,在流程重组中开发电子商务的应用潜能,真正发挥电子商务的作用,才能真正实现企业流程重组。
