The reason that firms choosing to enter the industrial parks is that the choice can bring more resources allocation advantages.The development of productive service industries in the parks can promote the resources acquisition for the firms, monitor the quality of resources acquisition, and ensure the validity of resources acquisition. We suggest that the industrial parks improve the interaction between the productive service industries and manufacturers, while the government creates good hard and soft environment.
