浅谈人力资本观念向知识管理的转变

通过对人力资本观念的分析，本文指出人力资本的产权属于私人对于企业的管理是个难题，而将私人人力资本向企业人力资本转移成为企业所面临的挑战。知识管理的出现和发展为企业解决该难题提供了思路。知识管理中隐性知识和显性知识间的持续互动，实现了个人与组织之间知识的传递，本文建议企业应当从人力资本观念向知识管理观念转变。

The shift from human capital to knowledge management

Human capital is considered crucial to enterprises, but the owner of human capital is the private. Enterprises are facing a challenge to shift private human capital to corporate human capital. The research on knowledge management indicates the knowledge can be transferred between the private and the corporate. Therefore, corporate should emphasize knowledge management, not the private human capital.
