城镇土地收益分配机制理论研究

随着经济的发展,城市化的速度也在加快,相伴而生了很多与城市土地有关的经济社会问题。从分析城市土地收益分配的性质出发,从理论上界定各利益相关者取得收益分配的权利;在分析我国城市土地收益分配现存问题的基础上,提出改革城市土地收益分配制度的构思。

The Research of the Urban Land Income System

With the development of economy,the speed of urbanization is accelerated.And there are a lot of economic and social problem regarding city land.The paper which based on the analysis of urban land income distribution will define the properties of the stakeholders who have the rights to contribute the land's income.And on the base of analyzing the current problem of city land's income contribution,the author makes a preliminary sketch to reform the income distribution system of urban land.
