| 摘 要： | 冲突管理作为一种现代管理方法，其应用能够极大地提高企业的管理效率，降低管理成本。本文基于对冲突管理内涵的理解，对企业信息化项目实施过程中的冲突来源进行了深入的剖析与解释，在此基础上，对解决不同冲突的方法进行了探讨。
