摘    要:在充分研究国内外针对纸质食品接触材料重金属溶出量检测技术与要求的基础上,结合纸质食品接触材料的实际使用特点,首次提出以面积作为重金属溶出量的度量单位;借助灵敏高效的电感耦合等离子质谱法检测技术,制定了以乙酸作为萃取剂的铅、镉、铬、汞、砷溶出量检测方法;提出了未来纸质食品接触材料安全性检测的新方向,完善了其检测体系。

Abstract:On the basis of researching fully the detection technology and the requirements for the dissolubility of heavy metal from paper-based food contact material (PFCM) at home and abroad, and combining the actual use of PFCM characteristics, it is first proposed that area is as a measure unit of the dissolubility of heavy metals. And with the help of a sensitive and efficient ICP-MS testing technology, the detection methods with acetic acid as extractant of lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury, arsenic dissolution quantity, are developed. The new direction of the future PFCM safety inspection is put forward, and the system of PFCM detection improved.
