基于逆向物琉的第三方物琉管理分析

随着环保意识的增加，逆向物流得到越来越多企业的重视，发展逆向物流成为了企业提高竞争力的又一保证。文章分析了逆向物流发展的原因，找出了发展逆向物流存在的问题，从而引入第三方物流管理，基于逆向物流的角度，提出了第三方逆向物流。并阐述了在降低物流成本、提高物流运作效率、加强企业效益所具有的优势，在此基础上提出了第三方逆向物流两种运作模式．

Analysis of Third Party Logistics Management Based on Reverse Logistics

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, more and more enterprises pay attention to reverse logistics, the development of reverse logistics becomes the competitiveness of enterprises guarantee. In this paper, we analyse the reasons for the development of reverse logistics. Thus introduce into the third-logistics management which has become a new trend, basing on the perspective of reverse logistics, propose the third-logistics reverse logistics. Besides we describe that its can reduce logis- tics costs, improve logistics operational efficiency and enhance business efficiency, and put forward two model of the operation.
