Research on the New Business Forms in the Construction Industry against the Background of Smart Construction

The development of smart construction brings new business forms to the construction industry. The logic of new business forms in the construction industry is analyzed from the perspectives of technological development, user needs and industrial ecology. Then, the new business forms in four stages are sorted out, including project design, production, construction and operation and maintenance. Finally, in view of the challenges faced by the new business forms in the construction industry, suggestions are put forward in terms of key technologies, field talents and market environment, in order to provide references for the industrial system and development strategies in the context of smart construction.
