大学生奶茶知识、态度和行为(KAP)调查

目的:了解大学生奶茶知识、态度和行为(KAP)现状及存在问题,并探索其影响因素,为有针对性地指导大学生奶茶合理消费提供科学依据。方法:采用调查问卷的方式,调查在校大学生奶茶KAP现况,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:大学生奶茶KAP得分普遍偏低。知识得分中,女大学生高于男大学生、上海地区高于非上海地区大学生、医学类高于非医学类大学生(P<0.05);态度得分中,未找到有统计学意义的相关因素;行为得分中,男大学生高于女大学生、非上海地区高于上海地区大学生、非医学类高于医学类大学生(P<0.05)。结论:奶茶饮用在大学生中是一个普遍现象,且大学生对奶茶营养知识不够了解、态度不够积极、饮用行为也不够健康。大学生奶茶饮用行为的改善需要家庭、学校和社会等各方面的努力。

Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Survey of College Students on Milk Tea

Objective:To understand the current situation and existing problems of college students’milk tea KAP,and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide a scientific basis for targeted guidance on the rational consumption of college students’milk tea.Methods:Using questionnaires,the current situation of milk tea KAP was investigated among college students,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:The KAP scores of college students’milk tea were generally low.Knowledge scores,female college students are higher than male college students,Shanghai area is higher than non-Shanghai area college students,medicine is higher than non-medical college students(P<0.05);attitude score,no positive results;behavior score,male college students are higher than female college students,The non-Shanghai area is higher than the Shanghai area college students,and the non-medical students are higher than the medical college students(P<0.05).Conclusion:Milk tea drinking is a common phenomenon among college students,and college students do not have enough knowledge about milk tea nutrition,their attitudes are not positive enough,and their drinking behaviors are not healthy enough.The improvement of college students’milk tea drinking behavior requires the efforts of families,schools and society.
