| 摘 要： | 介绍了湖南索溪水库拱坝坝肩处理的分析论证过程和坝肩稳定性复核计算分析成果,分析了成果的应用效果：节省了工程投资,降低了施工难度,工程运行良好。表明索溪水库拱坝坝肩处理的研究成果产生了重大的经济效益和社会效益,索溪水库拱坝坝肩处理方法可给水利建设工作者以有益的启迪。
