| Abstract: | Base on the establishment of the low carbon evaluation index system for the coal industry chain, taking the coal-electric power-chemical industrial chain as an example, the paper analyzed the disadvantages existed in the low carbon economic development mode of the coal industrial chain and provided the proposals on the related countermeasures. Thus the theoretical support and the policy references could be provided to the optimized industrial chain of the coal enterprises and the discovery of the low carbon development road. |
