Discussion of Constructing Mobile Telecommunication Value Network

With the development of technology and the change of the costumer demand,the organization forms of enterprises will experience the revolutionary transformation to adapt themselves to the new environment. New technology and proliferating services will render mobile telecom operation vastly more complex. In this paper,the author advises that in future the competition among the mobile telecom operators will be the competition of the value network,so mobile telecom operators should construct the organization form of the value network,focusing on their own core competitiveness.
