| 摘 要： | 人力资源审计在我国还是一个比较新的概念,是针对公司内部人力资源管理的政策、制度、执行程序、操作流程和人力资源信息运用方面的全面稽核,以保证公司政策确实得到有效执行,并且无偏差。在这个过程中,审计的方法和技术直接影响到审计结果的准确性,因此主要介绍了人力资源审计计量技术:数据收集技术和数据分析技术。

| Abstract: | The human resource audits in an our country still a newer concept,and it is the overall auditor of policy,system,the performance procedure,the operation process and the human resource information usage that manages to internal human resource of company to promise a company the policy really gets a valid performance, and has no deviation.In the paper,I will mainly introduce the technology in the human resource management audits. |
