基于胜任特征模型的组织职业生涯规划探析

摘    要:把胜任特征模型导入组织职业生涯规划,为我们科学开展员工生涯规划提供了一种新的方法与工具。文中在对运用于职业生涯规划领域的胜任特征模型做出界定的基础上,探讨了基于胜任特征模型的组织职业生涯规划的特点、主要技术步骤,并对实践运用中的障碍进行了分析。
